The Company’s main operating division is Visionstate IoT Inc., the inventor of Wanda. Visionstate Corp. invests in companies that shares its values and have synergies in technology.

Leadership Team

  • Shannon Moore

    President, Visionstate IoT Inc.

    Shannon Moore brings 25 years of experience in Sales and Business Development, with a specialization in Strategic Planning from the Wharton School of Business. She is passionate about fostering client partnerships and driving innovation to fuel business growth. Shannon serves on the board of the Rotary Club Edmonton South and is the incoming president of The Derrick Devil Rays, part of the Alberta Summer Swim Association. Additionally, she is a proud mother of two active boys.

  • Randa Kachkar

    CFO, Board Secretary

    With a comprehensive history of senior level management responsibility in the areas of finance, strategy and operations, and human resources, with several complex organizations, Randa has over 30 years of senior management experience. Randa has served with Visionstate in the position of CFO and Board Secretary for the past 15 years and also oversees the compliance and reporting for the company. Randa is a believer in community causes having dedicated herself to various community causes including KC Hockey and Edmonton Minor Hockey, and currently serves on the board of Oxford House Foundation, an addiction recovery program helping those with addiction and homelessness take back their lives and The Friends of The University of Alberta Society.

  • Lara Spendelow

    Client Success Manager

    Lara holds a Business Administration diploma from Norquest College and dedicates a significant portion of her free time to community service. She actively contributes to various volunteer boards, including those focused on minor sports and parent and school councils.

  • John Putters

    CEO of Visionstate Corp., Director

    John has extensive experience in IT and public companies, and was nominated twice for National Innovation Award. John holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Alberta and is an active volunteer in the community, including coaching hockey for 15 years, and President of Edmonton Federation Hockey League.
